It gives voice to a question many are afraid to ask: Why does God seem distant when injustice is most visible? The psalm does not soften reality. It names the pride, violence, and deceit of the wicked without rushing to spiritual explanations. There is no attempt to justify delay, no effort to make silence feel comfortable. Instead, Psalm 10 insists that faith is allowed to speak even when answers are absent. This song preserves the words of Psalm 10 (KJV) without alteration, allowing Scripture itself to carry the weight of lament, confrontation, and hope. It is not a denial of God’s kingship, but a refusal to accept a world where oppression is normal and unchallenged.
