In this video I demonstrated how to make homemade oatmeal bread that I got inspiration from    • Homemade Oatmeal Bread (A Recipe From My B...   and also the instruction booklet that came with the bread maker. It makes one loaf. I walk you guys through the process, step-by-step, to take the mystery out of dealing with yeast doughs. It's really not hard after a little practice! Valerie Dison Oatmeal Bread Makes 1 Loaf 1 c boiling water 1 c quick oats 2 tablespoons unsalted butter 2 tablespoons of Maple syrup 1 1/2 tsp salt 1 lb 4 oz (4 cups) bread flour 1/2 oz or 2 tsps RapidRise yeast or bread machine yeast 2 eggs Melted butter In a saucepan, heat water to boiling. Meanwhile, place oats, butter, honey, brown sugar, salt and maple syrup in a mix bowl. Add hot water; mix until well blended and temperature reduces to 120-130F. Then put the two eggs in and stir again. Put the oatmeal egg mixer into the bread maker pan, Add flour, yeast put it to the dough setting [8] and press start. Remove bowl from bread maker, lightly coat loaf pan Mainstays Nonstick Aluminized 9.1" x 5.4" x 2.7" Large Loaf Pan, Meatloaf Pan, Gold https://go.magik.ly/ml/1ys8m/ with nonstick spray, form the dough crease side down cover and allow dough to proof for 30 minutes. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from pan and place on a wire rack. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with oats, if desired. Allow bread to cool before cutting.
