Boca Grande, Florida - Beautiful Spring Morning

SW Florida woke up to a cool 51 degrees. The beach is such a beautiful place to go and spend some time. The sunshine feels good, the breeze is pleasant and the scenery is gorgeous. It was cooler this morning, so not a lot of people yet on the beach but there were some out there enjoying the start of the day. It was a bit wavy this morning as you can see from the video. The water is still too cold to get into this time of year but you will still see those brave ones that do venture in. The island still has a lot of work being done from the past Hurricanes (Ian, Helene, Milton). Some are wondering why it is taken so long for SW beaches in this area to even open up. So many here are still closed to visitors. Limits where tourists/visitors can go. Here on Boca, the Gasparilla State park is still closed, a number of the side streets to the beach are closed, parking lots are closed so finding a spot is very hard indeed. So if you are planning on a visit, keep that in mind. I also captured a few 1 minute videos to just watch and enjoy.
