I haven't been doing what i need to do simply because im confused on how i would make this conversion. Could i turn my fat into muscle? Do i have to lose weight first? Thanks in advance. -Mike ---------------------- Now when it comes to "Turning Fat Into Muscle" or vice versa "Muscle Turning Into Fat" this is not how it actually works. Muscle and Fat are two totally different bodily tissues and one cannot become the other. But you can build muscle and lose fat, which will give your body the appearance of going from "Chubby To Chiseled". To do this you need to focus on 3 things... 1) Weight Training - You have to stimulate muscle growth by doing a progressive weight training program in the gym. I have a Total Body Workout Program that you can use to get started with this posted at: • TOTAL BODY Workout Routine for Beginners 2) Cardiovascular Exercise - To help aid with burning bodyfat you need to increase the amount of calories that you burn and doing regular cardiovascular exercise is a great way to do this. I recommend alternating working out with weights one day and then doing cardiovascular exercise the next day. And you have to structure your diet in such a way that you provide your body with the nutrients it needs for muscle recovery, growth, and overall health - while keeping your total caloric intake low enough so that you allow your body to tap into burning stored bodyfat for energy.
