This is a dramatic reading of page 771 of A Game of Thrones, the first book in the A Song of Ice and Fire Series by George R. Martin. It has SFX, some of which I captured, and my own voice acting. Obviously SPOILERS for the end of the book. I tried best not to make spoilers in the title but I need people to know what this is to click on it so.... I also included some music. Oh, and you may notice the Northern Irish Accents. I interpreted the North from my perspective: the only North in my country being literally the North. So I figured that Northern Irish accents suited the characters. It did. Nothing says politics like a man with a Northern Irish accent drawing a claidheamh mor from his scabbard. I used my own personal SFX I captured with a Tascam Portacapture X8 for the chairs and swords. Now, you might be thinking. In this day and age, how did I get a hold of wooden chairs? Well, mo chara, they aren't real wooden chairs. Those are rare nowadays. Mmmmm...microplastics. I simulated the sound of a chair screeching by torturing a mac mile in my dungeon. You can make mac mhile make lots of noises when you know how. I have, i mo focail, some experience. Also, there's some visual information on the Houses of ASOIF and the locations. That's always very helpful when I am reading ASOIF by the fireside. I wish that was a lie. Anyhow, cac aside, here's the sources. I used the fire sounds from here: Bonfire sound effect ( no copyright) @Dolly's Craft • Bonfire sound effect ( no copyright) There's other effects from Crusader Kings 2. I may upload these as a resource for me and whomever wishes to join my legio hibernia. Obviously it's Rayman Djiwadi but somehow I don't think a small channel like mine is going to help his career along. The pictures were all taken from A Wiki of Ice and Fire. https://awoiaf.westeros.org/index.php... Special mention should go to: The King who Knelt from the ASOIF Worldbook https://awoiaf.westeros.org/images/6/... The book has 27 artists but it is not listed who exactly painted this.
