5 मिनट में ब्रेड का टेस्टी नाश्ता मम्मी की स्टाइल में | Bread Upma | Vijay Haldiya | Zayka Ka Tadka Ingredients • Oil - 1 tablespoon • Rai/ Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon • Hari mirch/ Green chilli - as per taste finely chopped • Curry patta/ Curry leaves - 5 to 6 • Pyaaz/ Onion - 1 big finely chopped • Shimlamirch/ Capsicum - 1 finely chopped • Tamatar/ Tomato - 2 finely chopped • Bread slices - 2 • Ghee/ Clarified butter - 1 tablespoon • Haldi powder/ Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon • Laal mirch powder/ Red chilli powder - as per taste • Namak/ Salt - as per taste • Garam masala/ All spice mix- 1/4 teaspoon • Nimbu ras/ Lemon juice - as per taste • Dhaniya patta/ Coriander leaves - for garnishing finely chopped • Namkeen - for garnishing Instructions 1. Cut the bread slices into square shapes. Heat ghee in a pan and roast the bread cubes to it. 2. Heat oil in a pan and add, mustard seeds, green chilli, curry leaves, and onion to it and sauté them well for about 2 minutes. 3. Add capsicum and tomato to the pan and mix them well with the other ingredients. Cover the pan and let it cook for about 2 minutes. 4. Add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, and haldi powder to the pan and mix them well with the other ingredients. 5. Add the bread cubes to the pan and mix them thoroughly. 6. Add a lemon juice as per taste to the pan and mix it well. Garnish it with coriander leaves and namkeen. 7. Bread Upma | Crispy Bread Upma is ready to be served.
