बिना तले सुबह शाम का चटपटा नाश्ता | Open Pinwheel Samosa | Vijay Haldiya | Zayka Ka Tadka Recipe Ingredients • FOR POTATO STUFFING : • Oil - 1 Tablespoon • Asafoetida / Hing - 1 Pinch • Ginger green Chili Paste / Adrakh Hari Mirch Paste - 1 Teaspoon • Turmeric Powder / Haldi Powder - 1/4 Teaspoon • Red Chili Powder / Lal Mirch powder - As Per Taste • Coriander Powder / Dhaniya Powder - 1 Teaspoon • All Spice mix Powder / Garam Masala - 1/2 Teaspoon • Roasted Cumin Seeds Powder / Jeera Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon • Salt - As Per Taste • Crushed Black Pepper, Coriander Seeds, Fennel Seeds / Kali Mirch, Sabut Dhaniya, Saunf - 1 Teaspoon • Black Salt / Kala Namak - 1/4 Teaspoon • Dry Mango Powder / Aamchur Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon • Boiled Potato / Aloo - 2 • Peas / Matar - 1/2 Cup Parboiled • Coriander Leaves / Hara Dhaniya - As Required • FOR SLURRY : • All Purpose Flour / Maida - 2 Teaspoon • Water - 2 Teaspoon • FOR DOUGH : • All Purpose Flour / Meida - 1 Cup • Salt - As Per Taste • Carom Seeds / Ajwain - 1/4 Teaspoon • Clarified Butter / Ghee - 2 Teaspoon • Water - As Required • Oil - For Greasing Instructions 1. PREPARING POTATO STUFFING : 2. Heat oil in a pan add asafoetida, ginger green chili paste mix it and add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, all spice mix powder. 3. Then add roasted cumin seeds powder, salt, crushed black pepper, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, black salt, dry mango powder mix all spices well. 4. Now add boiled mashed potato and peas then mix it well. Roast it for 2 to 3 minutes on medium to low flame. 5. Add coriander leaves and mix it well. Let it cool down And keep aside. 6. PREPARING DOUGH : 7. Take All purpose flour in a bowl add salt, carom seeds by crushing between your palms. clarified butter mix it well. 8. Now add water gradually and knead it to form a medium consistency dough. 9. PREPARING SLURRY : 10. Add all purpose flour in a small bowl and add water gradually to prepare a thin lumps free slurry. 11. Now take a ball size of dough, roll it and make a small chapati. give a small slit on 4 sides of chapati and put ball sized potato mixture between it then apply slurry on the borders of small chapati and take up one by one side around the potato ball and arrange it like a rose petal . 12. Prepare all the pinwheel samosa with repeating this method. 13. Now switch on your air fryer and turn on fried option, set the timer for 10 minutes and set Air Fryer at 200 degree Celsius. 14. Now grease pinwheel samosa with oil from all sides. Open air fryer grill and grease it with oil and Place 9 samosa at a time in the Air Fryer container. 15. After 5 Minutes, brush samosa with oil from all sides again and keep it in the Air Fryer again. Now take it out after 5 minutes. 16.
