होली पार्टी में बनाएं इंस्टेंट दही वड़ा - 5 मिनट में| Dahi Phulki|Besan Ke Dahi Bade| Zayka Ka Tadka Ingredients • FOR BADE : • Gram Flour / Besan - 1 Cup • Salt / Namak - As Per Taste • Red Chilli Powder / Lal Mirchi Powder - 1/4 Teaspoon • Turmeric powder / Haldi - 1/4 Teaspoon • Cumin Seeds / Jeera - 1/2 Teaspoon • Asafoetida / Hing - 1 Pinch • Water - As Required • Ginger Chilli Paste / Adrakh Mirchi Paste - 1/4 Teaspoon • Baking Soda - 1 Pinch • Oil - For Frying • FOR CURD : • Curd / Dahi - 2 Cups • Water - 2 Cups • Salt - As Per Taste • Sugar powder - 1Tablespoon • FOR TOPPING : • Sweet Chutney / Khajoor Chutney - 2 Tablespoon • Green Chutney / Hari Chutney - 2 Tablespoon • FOR TEMPERING : • Oil - 1 Tablespoon • Cumin Seeds / Jeera - 1/2 Teaspoon • Dry Red Chili - 2 • Curry Leaves / Kadhi Patta - 5-7 Leaves • FOR GARNISHING : • Red Chilli powder - 1/4 Teaspoon • Roasted Cumin Powder / Jeera Powder - 1/4 Teaspoon • Coriander leaves - 1 Tablespoon finely chopped • Crunchy Boondi - 1 Tablespoon Instructions 1. Take a bowl and add gram flour, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, asafoetida and then add water gradually to make lumps free medium consistency batter then add ginger chilli paste and baking soda and keep aside. 2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium flame and when the oil is medium hot then drop spoonful of batter and fry from all the sides till golden brown. Take them out over a paper napkin in a plate to remove excess oil 3. Take a bowl add butter milk made from 1:1 ratio of curd and water, salt, sugar powder and add all bade in this buttermilk and soak for 1 to 2 hours. 4. Take out soaked bade in a serving bowl and add sweet chutney, green chutney. 5. Take a small pan and heat oil on medium flame then add cumin seeds, dry red chili then turn off gas and add curry leaves and pour it on prepared serving plate 6. Garnish it with red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, coriander leaves and crunchy boondi.
