Subscribe to Masala TV Recipes here: https://bit.ly/MasalaTV Spicy Tawa Mutton Champ & Shadiyon Wali Shahi White Chicken | Masala Mornings | Shireen | 9 July 2025 | Masala TV Double the flavor, double the dawat vibes! 🍽🔥 In today’s Masala Mornings, Chef Shireen Anwar brings you two royal and irresistible recipes: 👑 Spicy Tawa Mutton Champ – Juicy, tender mutton ribs marinated with bold spices and seared to perfection on a hot tawa — ideal for Eid gatherings or a BBQ twist at home. 🍗 Shadiyon Wali Shahi White Chicken – Creamy, aromatic, and delicately spiced, this wedding-style chicken curry is a true celebration dish that brings back memories of traditional wedding daigs. 📅 Air Date: 9 July 2025 👩🍳 Chef: Shireen Anwar 📺 Show: Masala Mornings 📍 Channel: Masala TV SPICY TAWA MUTTON CHAMP Ingredients Mutton chops flattened 1 kg Raw papaya 2 tbsp Ginger garlic 2 tbsp Salt 1 ½ tsp Chili powder 3 tsp Turmeric 1 tsp Nutmeg ½ tsp Masala to be Grinded Whole red chilies 150 gm Brown onion 1 cup Cumin 1 tbsp Black pepper whole 1 tbsp Cashew nuts 20 Black cardamom 4 Oil ½ cup Lemon juice ¼ cup METHOD In a bowl take the grinded masala, marinate chops with above given ingredients and add to the grounded masala, mix well, add in 3 tbsp roasted gram flour, mix well. Heat oil on a tawa and fry mutton chops for 10 mins on each side, serve with green chatni. SHADIYON WALI SHAHI WHITE CHICKEN Ingredients Chicken 12 pieces 1 kg Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp Black pepper 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp heaped Lemon juice 2 tbsp Water 1 cup White Masala Paste Cashew nuts 10 Poppy seeds 1 tbsp Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp Small onion sauted light golden 1 Garlic cloves 8 lightly fried Khoya ½ cup slightly fried Milk ½ cup Fresh cream ½ cup for grinding Ingredients to Cook Chicken Clarified butter ½ cup Oil ¼ cup Bay leaf 1 Green cardamom 3 Cinnamon 1 stick Milk ½ cup Cream ½ cup Khoya 2 tbsp Black pepper ½ tsp Mandi masala 1 tbsp METHOD Marinate chicken with ginger garlic, black pepper, lemon juice, salt, make white masala paste by grinding sautéd onion, garlic, cashews, poppy seeds, coconut, khoya with milk and cream for smooth paste.
