Another fight with zombie moves which requires us to go in with petrified members so they don't get revived as potential targets for other stuff. I also accidentally deleted the recording the first time and then ended up recording the fight again. This was horrible because this is really luck based fight. Enuo has a lot of actions that can just instantly end your attempt because they're unblockable. I won't post the entire pattern, but Enuo's first form has 4 turn pattern. First is always reflectable Second/third are 2 reflectable spells and 1 unblockable attack that kills you Fourth is Meltdown(Fire + HP Leak), Deep Freeze(Ice+ Stop), and Drain Touch. Force Shield protects from the damage of two of these but leaves us open to Drain Touch. Still the better option. Deep Freeze can still inflict stop even with the damage being nullified. Status immunity bug is used to get around this. You can either glitch zombie immunity or glitch the Hermes Sandals immunities. There's more statuses that Hermes Sandals blocks, so equip that in the battle before this before switching to Reflect Ring. Though not having to worry about being zombie in form 2 isn't bad either. One of the enemies uses various buffs or status. The statuses are reflected, and most buffs are ignored. Haste is really bad and should probably take a turn to dispel unless you're close to triggering form change. Other enemy doesn't do much until Grand Cross, then eventually Giga Flare. Form 1 must be ended before this. As much as I wanted to do something with Mix + Jump or combine, the fight is just too long. He will use an unblockable attack eventually, so it isn't viable. Our only choice is Finisher which with Gladiator mastered has 50% chance to do 9,999 damage, then 50% chance of doing nothing really. One of the "nothing" options is a "critical", but it's a fake critical that doesn't ignore defense, which is good for form 2 because doesn't trigger counters. Agility boosting weapons on first 3 turns of pattern, Force Shield on 4th. Switch Force Shield after first attack after 3rd turn because if Haste is used you won't be able to switch in time. Need to get 6-7 finishers probably depending on if Regen is used and if spells actually hit the main boss when reflected. We're lucky here and a lot of spells hit, so we got by with less and even got a turn advantage on form 2. As for form 2. It's another 6-7 Finishers needed before an unblocked attack is used. First thing is to mix Dragon Kiss. We can't safely attack before turn one of this phase anyways. Second thing I did was to reduce defenses with Turtle Soup because of the extra turn from reflect kill on form 1. Reason for this was a previous attempt that got 6 finishers but died because Delta Attack was reflected and did nothing. It doesn't end up working out here and we end up seeing an extra counter due to this. Maybe it changed RNG for the first turn to not kill me though, but who knows. First turn is a double attack. Dimension Zero is a 100% hit that is 1/3 on both actions. If it is used twice, you lose. If Meteor is used as 1/3 on first action, also a loss. Second turn is safe for us outside of the counterattack from him taking damage. All 3 are reflected. Next is 2/3 Almagest or 1/3 Grand Cross. Hopefully Almagest since Grand Cross can potentially kill. Next is Drain Touch, Deep Freeze, or Meltdown. Same as in form 1, we go Force Shield and hope Drain Touch is not picked. Next is a level spell that gets reflected but boss is immune to. Safe turn. If level manip is allowed, Dragon Power would get boss to 117 for level 3 Flare to hit. Of course, I banned that. Last attack of the pattern is a guaranteed Dimension Zero, which we need the image from Mirage Vest for. I can't afford to slot Image as a skill, so the bug is used to refresh it when it shows up. As for the counters, it alternates between Reaper's Sword/ Hurricane/ Nothing White Hole, Dance Macabre/ Nothing Reaper's Sword is a magic attack that checks against physical evade, so have Genji Shield on if the next actual turn doesn't include elemental attacks. Otherwise, a weapon block, Shirahadori, or Force Shield's small evasion stat can work too. Hurricane does nothing because of Dragon Kiss. White Hole is covered by Ribbon, and Dance Macabre is hope it targets someone else or gets blocked by small M. Evade. Dance Macabre is the reason this fight isn't possible to true solo, it will target KO'd/petrified. Dimension Zero was not used during the first turn of the pattern either time and boss was defeated before the second use, so this would have actually been won even without the vest glitch. After this, there's the Necromancer tutorial. We can't deal with the petrified characters yet because no available battles until after. It's an easy fight anyways since you can use Reflect Ring and Image as a skill and it can't hurt you. Only the Cloister of the Dead's boss rush remains for this run.
