🧄 Malai Chicken (Creamy Chicken with Green Chilli Flavor) 🛒 Ingredients (For Marination) 1 Kg boneless chicken (cut into medium pieces) 1/2 cup dahi (yogurt) 2 slitted green chillies Salt to taste 1 tbsp crushed green chillies Juice of 1 lemon 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste 2 tsp chicken masala (For Cooking) 2 tbsp Mustard oil 1/2 cup Sliced onions 2 cheese slices 3–4 tbsp fresh cream Handful chopped hara dhania (fresh coriander) Few slited green chillies 🍗 Step 1: Marinate the Chicken In a bowl, mix: Add the boneless chicken pieces into a bowl, add Dahi, Salt , Chicken masala, Crushed green chillies, ginger-garlic paste & lemon juice and mix well. Cover and marinate for 30–45 minutes (longer = more tender & flavorful). 🍳 Step 2: Cook the Chicken Heat oil & butter in a pan/kadhai on medium flame. Add sliced onions & saute them until onion turn slightly brownish. Add the marinated chicken mixture. Cook on medium flame, stirring occasionally. Cover and cook for about 15-20 minutes until the chicken is tender and oil starts separating slightly. 🧀 Step 3: Make It Creamy Turn off the flame. Add cheese slices, fresh cream, green coriander leaves, slited green chillies Cover & let it melt for 3–4 minutes until you get a smooth, creamy gravy.
