But as per Rigved´s Purush Shukta Dhana is not only a wealth in coins and currency. Even Sun and moon, fire and stars, rains and nature, oceans and mountains, rivers and streams, all these are our wealth. Dhana Lakshmi will also give us inner strength, willpower, talents, virtues and character in abundance. In the material world Dhana Lakshmi bring us with wealth and prosperity. With the grace of mother Dhana Lakshmi we will receive all things in abundance. This hatha yoga class focuses on hip openers beginning with bridge pose and coming into various forms of baddha konasana and pigeon pose. Frog pose is also there for your inner thighs and groins before we come up to standing. In the standing position we will practice tree pose, eagle pose and some variations on chair pose before coming into half moon balancing pose. This class finishes with a seated meditation.
