So here's the original. I actually like the instrumentation here more than in RM4MI, as the focus is higher on the melody itself. I actually have played this game before, too, way back in 2023 or so. I was obsessed with learning Japanese, so I wanted to have some Japanese games to play and learn more. I didn't understand a thing in this game because my Japanese sucked ass (it still does), but I guess it was somewhat fun. Maybe I should get a translated version of it to actually enjoy it. By the way, this was actually one of my first osciviews of a Game Boy track, ever. I just had gotten my hands on gbsplay, and was playing with it a little. Because back then I also happened to be playing this game, and somehow I was liking that track. Quite ironic, because back when I first heard this in RM4MI I would always skip it because it sounded too cute for me. Now I guess I like it. It almost sounds like something you'd hear in Pokémon, but faster-paced. Speaking of which, this is the track with the smallest tempo difference from its counterpart in RM4MI. Hmm.
