The entire CNY SPCA Board resigned on Wednesday. The mass resignation comes just one day after its employees staged a walkout, alleging widespread neglect and unsafe conditions at the facility. The resignation is according to an email sent from Gale Rachetta, who's listed as an interim secretary at the CNY SPCA.
