Mango oatmeal crumble bar is easy to make and it’s delicious. [email protected] Mango Oatmeal Crumble Bar Ingredients: 2 cups Chopped/cubed Mango ( add more if you like) 1.5 cups flour 1 tsp. Baking powder 1/2 cup brown sugar ( adjust the sugar if you want this is sweet) 1 tsp. Vanilla 1 cup old fashioned oatmeal 1 cup cubed cold butter (you can adjust it if you want if you wanna use less butter) 1 tbsp. Honey 1/2 cup white chocolate optional ( if you want your mango to be thick/compact add 1 tbsp. Flour dissolve in 3 tbsp. water add it to the mango or add 1 egg ) Instruction: 1. Chopped the mango. 2. In a bowl add flour, baking powder, sugar mix it thoroughly with whisk or spoon. Add cold butter then crumble it. Add oatmeal, vanilla and honey and crumble it again. You're done with this part. 3. Get a baking pan, line it with parchment paper. Add the crumble in the bottom of the pan and flatten it, please leave some for toppings. Add the chopped mango, add as much as you like. Add the remaining crumble and chocolate. (you can add any toppings you like) 4. In a pre-heated oven @350 Deg. F/177 Deg. C cook for 40-45 minutes.Every oven is different please watch your cooking. (if you want a crusty top cook it longer but please watch it closely) 5. Set it aside before slicing (don't slice it while its too hot) 5. Enjoy it with your coffee or tea….or pair it with vanilla ice cream.
