This guided meditation is an invitation to slow down, soften, and come home to yourself. Through gentle guidance and supportive music, you’re invited to rest in the body, settle the nervous system, and meet this moment with kindness. The music is intentionally composed to support a deeper state of relaxation and inward listening, helping the body and mind soften together. In this meditation, we explore: settling into the body through gravity and breath softening the jaw, shoulders, and heart space meeting thoughts and emotions with presence rather than effort the quality of contentment — not as approval, but as non-resistance a gentle inquiry: What would love do here? There is nothing to fix, improve, or get right. Just a quiet invitation to be with what is — kindly. You may practise this meditation sitting or lying down. Allow yourself to move slowly afterwards, or rest for a few moments once it ends. 🕯️ Length: ~20 minutes 🎧 Includes music to support deep relaxation 🧘♀️ Suitable for all levels 🌿 Stay connected If you’d like to receive more meditations, reflections, and announcements, you’re warmly invited to join me on Substack: 👉 https://estherekhart.substack.com If this meditation supported you, you’re also very welcome to subscribe here on YouTube for more Yin, mindfulness, and deep rest practices. 🌙 Explore further This meditation reflects themes explored more deeply in my retreats, Yin and Mindfulness Teacher Training and longer-form teachings.
