Hawaiian Rolls 3 ½ cups of flour plus 2 TBSPS of Corn starch 1 TBSP yeast 1/3 cup of brown sugar 1 tsp vanilla 2 large eggs plus one egg yolk ½ cup pineapple juice plus 2 TBSPS of water 4 TBSPS unsalted butter 1 ½ tsps of salt ¼ tsp powdered ginger Into your bread machine, start with the wet ingredients in the bottom and then the dry ingredients on top. Set your bread machine to the dough cycle and allow it to complete the cycle for about 90 minutes. Then allow the dough to sit in the machine an additional 15 minutes before you take it out and form it into 12 balls or more if you want a smaller roll, and place in a well-greased 9 X 13 pan. Cover and let rise one hour or until doubled in size. Once it has doubled, brush the tops of the dough with a mixture of the leftover egg white and water that has been well mixed. Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Once you take them out of the oven, brush the buns with melted butter and allow them to cool. www.vecteezy.com/video/2041721-drinking-coffee-and-reading-book-concept Drinking Coffee and Reading Book Concept.
