A Work In, Not a Work Out This Friday Flow is a full-body mat based slow flow class set to music intended to tune in and return to what is essential — shedding weight, reconnecting to vitality, and remembering who we are beneath effort, striving, and accumulation. This is a recorded live community practice, shared in the spirit of presence rather than perfection. For anyone needing a grounded, full-body asana based enlivening. Rooted in the wisdom that yoga is not a workout but a work in, this practice invites an open heart, steady strength, and a deep listening to the inner landscape. The intention is not performance — but presence. Not pushing — but enlivening. Not fixing — but befriending.
