He discussed the cause, treatment options, and exercises for this condition. He demonstrated exercises to stretch the QL muscles, Erector Spinae, Hamstrings, IT Band, and Piriformis. These muscles are interconnected and can cause a lot of pain in the lower body if trigger points are present including the Gastrocnemius and Soleus muscles.
