In this 11-minute routine, we will guide you through a series of poses that will help reduce bloating and indigestion. We'll start with downward dog to stretch and lengthen your spine, followed by cat/cow stretch to release any tension in your neck and back. Next up are the Lizard lunges to stretch your hips and groin area. You will do both sides to ensure evenness. We'll then move onto child's pose to relax your back and stretch your hips. Half fish pose is up next to help stimulate your digestive organs and reduce bloating. You'll do this pose on both sides. Bridge pose is next to stretch your chest and open up your heart. Happy baby pose is another great pose to release tension in your hips and lower back. We'll finish off with child's pose again to help you feel calm and centered. Each pose will be held for 50 seconds to allow for a deep stretch and relaxation.
