This vlog was filmed 🎬 🎥 with an iPhone 17 Pro Max and edited using CapCut for a simple, cozy, and high-quality look. Bread (Naan) Recipe Ingredients: -All-purpose flour -Yeast -Salt -Water Instructions: Mix the flour, yeast, salt, and water to make the dough. Knead the dough until it is soft and smooth. The dough should not be hard, it needs to be light and elastic. Let it rise until doubled in size. Shape the dough by hand as you like. Bake in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes. Flip the bread halfway to bake the other side evenly. Puff Pastry with Chicken and Potato Filling Ingredients: -Puff pastry -Boiled potatoes -Boneless chicken -Onion -Salt -Black pepper -Other spices (as preferred) Instructions: Chop the chicken and cook it with some oil until lightly browned. Add the chopped onions and fry together. Add the boiled potatoes, spices, salt, and black pepper, and mix everything well. Fill the puff pastry with this mixture as shown in the video. Brush the top with egg wash or just beaten egg. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes until golden. Chicken Wings (Marinated) Ingredients: -Chicken wings -Onion -Garlic -Salt -Black pepper -Tomato paste -Yogurt -Oil -Lemon juice -Garlic Instructions: Marinate the chicken wings with onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, tomato paste, yogurt, oil, and lemon juice. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 35 minutes until fully cooked and golden.
