Popper Roaster Deconstruction and Candid Talk

This video shows how I deconstruct the Popper coffee roaster when testing, and some observations about the build. I talk a bit about how the roaster developed and why I am pretty happy with the result. This is another hand held iphone video so don't expect much! But I think there are some good bits of information as I take apart the roaster, showing how I add a thermocouple to the roast chamber, and how I adjust the temperature cutoff switch to allow darker roasting on test units. (Not advocating that YOU open up your machine as it voids warranty and can result in problems if you damage wiring, control board etc.)
