This video shows you how to use a Meglio Resistance Loop to activate your glutes, using a side shuffle in a squat position. To begin, place the Resistance Loop above your knee caps, and adopt your stance, so that you’re standing just over a shoulder width apart. Drop into a squat position, and push your lower leg across 2 inches. Make sure you follow on with your other leg, maintaining the same wide stance when moving across.
