If your hips feel tight, your lower back gets sore, or you sit a lot during the day, this hip mobility routine is for you. In this follow-along session we gently open the hips, improve mobility, and strengthen the muscles that support your hips and lower back. The flow includes dynamic stretches, mobility work, and light strengthening for the hip flexors, glutes, and inner thighs. This routine is great if you run, lift weights, practice calisthenics, or simply want to move more freely in everyday life. Take your time, listen to your body, and move at your own pace.
