This 15 minute fascia decompression routine is designed to help release back pain and tension using the Block Therapy method. Using fascia decompression with diaphragmatic breathing, this routine supports the body to create space, inflate the space and release the tension, stiffness and restrictions that you are feeling. This routine is for everyone, even if you do not have back pain. The reason for this is that we all collapse into the body, when we are unconscious with our posture, our shoulders round forward creating less space in the core and pec area, which can cause pain in the upper back, mid back and lower back. When we sit for too long, we shorten our hip flexors, creating less space in this area, which can cause lower back pain. This video shows just 3 positions that we do in Block Therapy to decompress the body, creating the space that has been lost, which releases the restrictions, reducing pain and creating a body that has flow, meaning that blood and oxygen can get to the cells, so that they can function correctly. When there is oxygen in all the cells and waste is removed, the cells can do their job, which reduces the inflammation, pain and stiffness that we feel.
