Transcript: Gary greets Roger and explains what will happen. Gary instructs Roger to lean forward. Gary and Ashleigh place the sling along Roger’s back. Gary supports Roger to lean to his left while Ashleigh pulls the sling under his right leg. Ashleigh supports Roger to lean to his right while Gary pulls the sling under his left leg. Ashleigh moves the hoist in front of Roger. Gary and Ashleigh hold onto the carry bar. They attach the sling loops to the carry bar in an open-leg configuration here. Ashleigh raises the hoist while Gary holds the carry bar. They raise Roger just above the chair. Gary removes the chair. Ashleigh makes sure Roger is comfortable while Gary places the wheelchair under Roger. Gary applies the brakes. He extends a leg to support the wheelchair and holds the sling as Ashleigh lowers the hoist. Ashleigh makes sure Roger’s feet do not hit the hoist. Gary and Ashleigh hold the carry bar away from Roger’s face. They unhook the sling. Ashleigh moves the hoist out of the way. They remove the sling from under Roger’s legs. Gary supports Roger to lean to his left while Ashleigh pulls the sling out from under his right leg. They repeat this on the other side.
