Between school and work, this quicky sloppy joe recipie is one of my favorite dinners to make! I also include a quick side of Earth Balance Mac and cheese. All ingredients used are vegan and found at Wegmans grocery store. (Similar items can be found at Whole Foods of course, target and many other grocery stores too) Items used: Wegman's brand 'meat' crumbles -substitute Boca brand crumbles, or Gardein (found at target) -sloppy joe brand sauce (Caution: some store brands are not vegan, read labels) -hamburger rolls -Earth Balance Brand Mac and 'Cheese' -Earth Balance brand 'butter' -Soy Milk -frozen peas -Daiya brand 'cheese' slices Thanks for watching and let me know what you think of these videos and other meals you would like to see!
