Tonjiro is a super-sweet one-year-old kitty who had been missing for five days when he was found in a neighbor's backyard tree. He had probably been in the tree the entire time after being chased there by the neighbor's dogs, and his tiny, high-pitched voice made it difficult to hear him from a far distance. A severe, isolated storm passed over the area just minutes before I arrived to rescue him, so, as can be seen in the video, Tonjiro is still a little wet.
