Central Malaysia must be one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen. My third time to visit this magical area in Pahang State, I am here with Li and both of my parents to celebrate Christmas and New Years 2024-25. After a challenging (but short!) morning hike, we are rewarding ourselves with the most delicious mountain menu in the town of Brinchang. This is a unique charcoal-power hotpot, called "steamboat" on local menus here, and this is served with a selection of multiple types of meat, noodles, vegetables, and tofu.
