Hot, Sweet and Tanginess make this HYBRID dish a winner dish. This might look like a time-consuming recipe, but this is actually an easy and flavoursome dish. Even if you don’t have any leftover chicken, get some! Get some veggies and give it a bash! Recipe Serves 3 250 g chicken ½ tsp cumin seeds ½ tsp turmeric powder ½ tsp crushed black pepper ½ tsp salt ½ an inch of ginger cut into julienne 1/2 tsp cumin seeds 1 medium onion (chopped) 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste 2 tomatoes (chopped) ½ red pepper (sliced) ½ green pepper (sliced) ½ onion (sliced) 2 tsp red chili powder 2 tsp turmeric powder ½ tbsp coriander powder 1 tbsp vinegar 1 tbsp tomato ketchup 1 tsp garam masala 1-inch ginger cut into julienne 1 tbsp fresh coriander 2 green chilies (optional) salt to taste
