British Down Syndrome Swimming Championship 2025

On the 15th/16th November, the British Down Syndrome Swimming Championships welcomed 183 swimmers, a record number, including international participants from Ireland, Estonia, Egypt, Portugal, Canada and Japan. Now in our fourth year of sponsoring the event since its launch in 2022, Powerday continues to strengthen its support by using our network to secure individual race sponsorships to help underpin the championships. A massive thank you to all of this years race sponsors! We spoke to Alison Reed, one of the event organisers and proud down syndrome committee members, who gave an insight into how the event has grown over the years and the value of sponsorship and support they have received.
