Trust the Timing & Mounting Paper to Panels

Heya, April came and April went. What a blur of Spring it's been already! I've been busy both in the studio and out, checking lots off my to-do lists, and it doesn't seem to be slowing down, what fun! I hope you've been enjoying the ride and a little sunshine as well. I've been gearing up for a solo show all month, I'm happy to say everything has worked out, been done, followed up, and is looking good! I mounted a lot of paper works to wood panels and since I've had a few people reach out about it recently, I wanted to loosely show how I go about it. With, what feels like, so much to do I have to remind myself that everything will get done in good time, easily forgotten in the face of deadlines, but when I am able to remember this- everything does seem to fall into place with ease - I am learning to trust that more and more. I'm quite pleased with how the work looks and the quality I was able to produce. This show is focused on abstraction and a nod to alternative ways of thinking, of play, of experimentation and what we learn from remaining curious.
