LOW CARB TIRAMISU RECIPE WITHOUT ALCOHOL | KETO GUILT-FREE TIRAMISU Lady Fingers: 3 large eggs (separated) 1/2 cup almond flour 1/4 cup sweetener (adjust accordingly) 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 tsp baking powder Procedure: 1. Beat egg whites in a separate bowl until stiff. 2. In a separate bowl, mix egg yolks, almond flour, sweetener, baking powder, and vanilla extract. Whisk until mixed well. 3. Fold the beaten egg whites into the egg yolk mixture. Make sure not to overmix. 4. Preheat oven to 200C and bake for 8-10 mins. For the Filling: 300 grams of cream cheese (mascarpone cheese is ideal but I don't have it available so just use what you have) 160 grams of Whipping cream 3/4 cup of sweetener (adjust according to your preference of sweetness) 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract Procedure: 1. Whisk the whipping cream until stiff. 2. In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, sweetener, and vanilla extract. 3. Whisk until mixed well. 4. Fold the whipping cream into the cream cheese mixture. For the espresso: You can use an instant coffee if you don't have an espresso. I used single shot, long press. You can add rhum if you like it with alcohol.
