Butter or oil your loaf pan well, get flour blend ready and set up your mixer while you are waiting. Combine Gluten Free White Flour Blend with xanthan gum and salt. Add yeast mixture, egg whites, melted butter and vinegar and mix well to incorporate. Use electric mixer or mix by hand to make smooth batter. Rise time depends on temperature of the ingredients and the temperature in your kitchen. Preheat oven to 375F and set up the rack in the middle of your oven.
