Prepare a frame like the video. 2. Make dried pineapple. 3. Make pineapple juice. (Weighing 280g, leftovers.. Add sugar to make jam. 4. Make lemon juice. 5. Gently loosen the cream cheese. 6. Add yogurt. 7.Add sugar, cake flour, pineapple juice and unsalted butter to the yolk to make custard cream. 8. Mix the finished custard cream with the cream cheese dough while hot. 9. Add egg whites and sugar to firmly add the meringue. 10. Mix the meringue into the cream cheese dough. 11. Mix well and panning. 12. Please add dried pineapple. 13.After warming up to 170 degrees,      Bake 30 minutes at 160 degrees, 14.Bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes. (After coming out of the oven, the cake is swaying) 15. Let it cool completely at room temperature. 16.After wrapping, rest in the refrigerator overnight. 17.
