How to do a Tear Drop Variation Pole Shape Tutorial. This beautiful shape is more easily attainable than you may think. This tutorial will break down the steps to transition into this tear drop variation. I'm entering this shape from an outside leg hang. You can invert to the outside leg hang either from the floor or an aerial invert depending how high you want to be or you can always drop down into the leg hang, no invert needed. This move can be done on spin or static but I would encourage you to start on static first because the transition to the final pose causes the pole spin to speed up significantly and can be a little unsettling to many polers when they are still getting used to the move.
