Ingredients used 2 cups all purpose flour (sifted) 1/3 cup sugar 1 tsp ground nutmeg 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp salt 2 tsp Instant yeast 1 cup and 3 Tbsp warm water Enough oil to deep fry in a wok Combine the dry and wet ingredients in a bowl.
