ALL STANDING HIIT - You don't have to get up and down off the floor to get a great workout! This all standing HIIT workout combines strength and cardio moves in a tough and challenging superset format that guarantees a killer sweat. You'll need a variety of weighted dumbbells to complete this . I used a set of 3 + 5 + 7kg dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level. How it’s done: There are 8 Supersets to complete.
