But what about converting a Greggs Steak Bake into one? INGREDIENTS: 1 Greggs Steak Bake (or similar) 3 tsp sour cream 4 cornichons, chopped up small bunch dill or fennel tops 2 tsp mustard (Dijon or English) a generous sprinkle of smoked paprika METHOD: Gain access to the interior of the steak bake by nibbling off one edge. Insert all the other ingredients and massage the outside to evenly distribute. That’s it.
