Recipe: *Ingredients:* Dough: 400ml warm water 2 tbsp yeast 600g flour (sifted) 2 tbsp salt 2 tbsp olive oil Sauce: 1 garlic clove, minced 1 tomato, diced 1 onion, chopped Salt and white pepper to taste Toppings: Grated cheese (mozzarella recommended) Cooked chicken pieces Sausage slices Green pepper, sliced Onion rings Instructions: In warm water, mix 2 tbsp of yeast and set aside. In a separate bowl, combine sifted flour, salt, and olive oil, then add the yeast mixture. Knead until smooth or let a mixer do the work! Cover and let the dough rise until doubled in size. For the sauce, sauté garlic, onion, and tomato, then season with salt and white pepper. Blend for a smooth consistency. Preheat oven to 180°C. Roll out the dough, leaving a thicker edge if desired. Spread sauce, add toppings, and bake for 15-20 minutes.
