Here is Part 2 of Kate who is a skier with a chronically damaged ACL that has finally ruptured. As she is so stable, at present the surgeon does not want to operate. Therefore, we are managing her non-surgically. She is doing many exercises as part of her week 8/9 rehabilitation and is this session we highlight and breakdown some of the important exercises she is focusing on. Remember with a non-surgical ACL there is no need to protect a ACL graft, nor a hamstring surgical graft site so usually exercise progress is faster. 1. Single Leg Deadlift 2.
