This meditation helps calm the nervous system, relax the body, and gradually withdraw the senses inward. By moving awareness through the physical body, we prepare the mind for deeper stillness and the experience of inner silence. This session is part of our ongoing weekly meditation journey, where we slowly refine our capacity for subtle inner awareness. Over time, this steady foundation supports deeper practices such as Chidakasha Dharana.
