I Made a Super-Tasty Stotty! (A flat, round bread bun from the North East of England.)

From the home of the Geordies (and don't forget the Makems!), I made their delicious, super-tasty Stotty (sometimes called stotty cake). It was difficult to find an original recipe, back when they were made for people who worked down the mines. However, I did find one that was around 50 years old and there was a picture of Mohammed Ali in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne taking a bite from a stotty sandwich. Enjoy!
