So, if you're looking for an intense lower body workout, that won't leave your knees feeling BAD, this is the workout FOR YOU! We've go 5 circuits today. A couple of the circuits have 4 exercises and others have 3 exercises. Working hard today for 45 seconds focusing on lean, strong, legs and glutes. You will sometimes be using two dumbbells, one dumbbell, and bodyweight. I will be using my chair for assisted squats, a box for step ups, dumbbells, and a band. It's always fun to have a partner for a legs and glutes, so I am so glad you are here!
