FOLLOW ME: _ Instagram: / scook_jilee / scook_cheongdam CONNECT : http://www.soodocooking.co.kr [RECIPE] Ingredient 2 1/2C soy sauce 1 1/2C broth 1C rice wine 1C rice syrup 1 1/2C bonito flakes(or tuna sauce 1T) 1/2 lemon, sliced broth ingredients) onions 100g, sliced in to rings leek 1/3sprig(40g), cut dried shittake mushrooms 3(15g) ginger 10g, sliced garlic 20g(5 cloves), sliced seafood kelp bag 1bag water 4C Preparation 1. In a wok, cook the onions, leek, ginger and garlic to brown. Add the seafood kelp bag and water, shittake mushrooms to cook for 30minutes. Strain through a sieve to make 1 1/2cups of broth. 2. In a pot, add broth, soy sauce, rice wine, rice grain syrup and lemon to cook briefly. Turn off the heat and add the bonito flakes. 3. Strain the all purpose soy sauce through a cheesecloth and keep in a refrigerator. Quail eggs brewed in A.P Soy sauce Ingredients 30 quail eggs 3/4C a.p soy sauce 1 green pepper, seeded, chopped 1/4 red paprika, chopped 40g onion, chopped Preparation 1. Cook the quail eggs in boiling water for 3minutes to cook; remove the shells. 2. In a container, combine all the ingredients together to create the dish.
