How can I nurture such love to simply exist in my heart, without trying to define it? 2. What does it mean to serve without even the idea “I am serving”? When I help someone, can I notice whether a sense of “I did this” quietly remains? Do I notice within myself, moments when my good actions still carry a quiet expectation—of appreciation, recognition, or inner credit? What happens inside me when I let even that dissolve? 3. Who has walked with me on my journey without placing themselves above me or claiming anything from me? How does my heart respond to guidance that comes without authority or demand? Can I be that kind of companion to someone today? 4. If my actions were never seen or known, never remembered, would my heart still feel full and happy? What would it be like to serve and then forget that I served? What changes in my inner state when service is offered silently, anonymously, and lovingly? 5. If someone truly loved me, what would they silently wish for my inner state, what would they hope for me? Do I secretly seek comfort and support, or am I open to real inner change—even when it is uncomfortable and means letting go of familiar comforts? 6. Where can I become a little emptier today—of pride, of certainty, of self-importance - so that something higher can flow through me? Where can I soften my ego just a little and trust that in that emptiness, the far more beautiful Divine may sing? ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ➡️Welcome to Being Heartful Every Day 365 days program ➡️You may check the Heartfulness App, Being Heartful Every Day Icon and be part of the program. ➡️You will receive automatic notification from the App in your Mobile Everyday when your internet is ON. ➡️Live Sessions are available with Handholding Guidance from the Session Facilitators. ➡️Please participate every day at 6 am and 8:50 pm or at your Convenience too thru the Heartfulness App and Experience the New Way to Discover your Best Version.
