This Blueberry Oat Cereal is a cozy, nourishing breakfast made with real whole-food ingredients and naturally sweetened — no refined sugar. It’s one of my favorite healthy cereal recipes from my Happy Baking and Desserts Cookbook and perfect for kids, adults, and anyone focused on healing through food. 🫐 Blueberry Oat Cereal Recipe Baking Time: 20–25 minutes Yield: ~12 ounces Ingredients • 2 cups oats (quick or old fashioned) • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon • ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract • ½ cup dried blueberries (unsweetened) • ½ cup almond butter • ½ cup maple syrup (room temperature) Directions 1. Preheat oven to 325°F and grease a sheet pan. 2. In a medium bowl, add oats, cinnamon, sea salt, vanilla extract, and dried blueberries. Set aside. 3. In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, warm almond butter and maple syrup until gently simmering. 4. Pour mixture over dry ingredients and mix until fully combined. 5. Spread evenly on the sheet pan in a single layer. 6. Bake for 15 minutes, remove and stir, then return to oven for 5–10 minutes until golden. 7. Let cool completely before serving or storing.
