Rescuing a flying-fox on the side of a road: this is Alice

Alice is an adult female Grey-Headed Flying-Fox who was noticed on the side of a road, trying, without success to climb a street tree. As you can see in the video - she was very quiet and stunned. I think she's significantly concussed, and this was causing her to be a little wonky and uncoordinated. She's still recovering and isn't hanging well yet but it's only been a couple of days. She's with another carer now and I think she's a survivor. She's eating and drinking and doing all the right things, she's just a little wonky still and the carer has her on sling rest during the day. Her name came from the adjacent street. A pretty name for a pretty survivor.
