In this talk, Anuja Pandey looks at why burnout has become so common and why it is different from just being tired. She connects these insights to her real-life experiences, explaining that burnout is not a personal failure, but a biological response to stress that never gets a chance to recover. Using the word REST as a guide, she shares a simple framework to help us handle modern pressure focusing on boundaries, unplugging and proper rest to keep our energy intact. Anuja is a leading Certified Pranic Psychotherapist in Nagpur and a wellness Healing Instructor, with over a decade of experience in holistic wellness and energy sciences. A gold-medalist in Industrial Engineering, she began her career in the corporate world but soon discovered her true calling in healing, a journey that beautifully bridges science, spirituality, and human transformation. Over the years, she has trained more than 1,000 students, worked on 500+ healing cases, and introduced meditation and energy practices across corporate, educational, and government institutions. During the pandemic, she facilitated year-long peace meditations at Mumbai quarantine centers, directly supporting over 1,000 patients with calm, strength, and hope. Passionate about addressing modern-day challenges like stress, anxiety, and burnout. Her work empowers individuals to shift their inner life from chaos to clarity, from imbalance to resilience, and from struggle to lasting change.
