In this conversation, our Curator Sartaj Anand and Puja Marwaha, CEO of CRY - Child Rights and You, explore what the pandemic really means for our children. They examine the state of children in India and unpack the effects of COVID-19 and our adult choices in terms of children's health, nutrition, education, and more. Puja Marwaha is CEO of CRY (Child Rights and You). She joined CRY in 1994 and was appointed CEO in February 2010. Her work is focused on creating an organization that attempts to foster a passion for children, a high degree of individual accountability to children, and a firm belief in every person’s potential to bring change for children. Prior to CRY, Puja worked with Citicorp. She is an Aspire India fellow, a board member at VANI, and serves on the jury of the Ashoka Fellowship. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
